Well if you know me you know that I grew up in Alaska and we still go up every summer to visit. This summer was extra special because Luke's family came! We did all the tourist activities we could fit in the 12ish days we were there. It was really awesome to have the whole family there together and it was so fun showing them where I'm from! So get ready for a whole bunch of pictures!

| Just arrived in Anchorage after a long night of Joe throwing up on the plane. I think he was just happy to be outside! It's after 11pm in this pic...no flash by the way. |

| We stayed in a bed and breakfast that was large enough to fit all 20 of us! What a blessing! Dawson joined us for family church and singing one Sunday morning. |

| There is a ski resort called Alyeska right outside of Anchorage so we rode the Gondola up to see the amazing views. |

| On the Kenai Fjords boat tour. We saw lots of wild life, including Orcas, and ate some yummy food. |

| We spent the last few days in Denali National Park. Our first activity was nothing big...only a flight-seeing tour of Mt. McKinley and the surrounding mountains that included landing on a glacier! Probably the coolest thing I have ever done! It was breath-taking and I was speechless after getting off the plane. |

| This picture makes me laugh...Joe is crying in the background because he is cold and yet he continued to pick up snow. Being the loving and compassionate parents that we are, Luke and I laughed at him and took a picture of him in his misery. Good times. |

| We learned about the Iditarod race, got to meet some puppies, and take a little ride with the dogs! We all couldn't believe how fast those dogs could pull us! They are bred to run. |
